Charles Warner is the CEO of Innovative Properties Worldwide. IPW is a veteran-owned publishing house, event, and marketing agency based in Denver. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s many areas of specialization including publishing five magazine titles, 3 podcasts and one 3D virtual reality cannabis event, as well as a new streaming channel (CBD TV).

Award-winning designer with 30 years of experience in print and publishing. Shane has worked on event titles for MLB, NHL, NASCAR, NCAA, and more. He joined IPW in 2015 after a successful stint doing agency work concentrated on the education market. He helps oversee day-to-day production operations as well as lead the design on IPW print and digital titles. Shane has a penchant for old movies (particularly 30s-40s era comedies), music of all genres, and a good indica. He lives in west-central Florida with his life-partner Joan and deaf boxer Eunice.

Residential Tech Today’s executive editor Jeremy Glowacki is an editorial veteran with more than 25 years of professional experience with numerous publications. In 2000, he helped create and launch Residential Systems, a business and technology magazine for the custom integration business. He served as day-to-day editor of that title and content director of the CEDIA Daily, Systems Contractor News, and several other B2B titles until joining Innovative Properties Worldwide in 2018 and helping launch the inaugural issue of Residential Tech Today.. Jeremy was named a CEDIA Fellow in 2012 and resides in Carmel, IN, with wife Karen, daughters Ella and Talia, and dog Annabelle.

Lindsey Feth is the managing editor for Innovation & Tech Today. In May 2023, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Communication at Colorado State University. Currently, Feth resides in Union, Missouri.

Jessica Ferranti is a seasoned entrepreneur who spent the last decade rising through the ranks of diverse industries such as investments, artificial intelligence, and cannabis. Since 2013, she used her expertise spanning sales, marketing and operations to lead numerous companies through revenue generation, customer experience improvement and various process enhancements. Prior to joining IPW in 2023, she served as CRO for STM Canna for 5 years, where she developed market entry strategies and established relationships with farms and global leaders across the legal cannabis industry – making the startup an industry leader in pre-roll processing technology. When she isn’t exploring new restaurants or playing video games, Jessica is happiest going on adventures with her wife, Christina and their two young ones, Harrison and Maya.
